The app runs on low specs tablets, or in other mobile equipment and integrates with existing core systems, making it possible to generate postpaid contracts on the go. First, the agent scans the ICCID barcode allowing the customer to choose which number she prefers from a golden numbers list. After registering the new customer data in the back office and validating all the regulatory and business checks, the new application is automatically distributed to the adequate departments for approval, verification and credit scoring. After final approval, a contract is automatically generated, the customer signature is collected in-store and the service is activated.
Even before the customer leaves the agent outlet or store, the in-built commission manager feature notifies the agent of pending commissions, all the customer info is updated on existing CRM systems and a welcome SMS is sent to the customer´s new contract.
