Project Manager Officer – PMO (M/F)

Working based from Lisbon (coolest city in Europe), this is what you will be doing:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
  • Analyze how gaps in the process can be solved by enhancing the process and system, taking into consideration productivity and cost for development;
  • Create recommendations for Management with required level of detail and costs.
  • Support Project Managers and with ad-hoc projects, as required.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
  • Manage the Project Management team;
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

PROFILE

  • Degree preferably in the fields of Management, Economics, Finance or Engineering;
  • Certification in PMP or Prince 2 Practitioner or similar;
  • Experience as a Project Manager Officer, with preference for international projects;
  • Knowledge of process modeling and management methods combined with practical experience in process analysis and improvement;
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English);
  • Team player;
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
  • Availability to travel to African Countries.

Full Stack Developer (M/F)

PROFILE

  • Degree in IT engineering, computing sciences or similar (mandatory);
  • Professional experience in .NET/C# development;
  • Solid knowledge of SQL Server, LINQ, Entity Framework, ASP.NET MVC, WPF, WCF and Web Services (REST/SOAP);
  • Good knowledge of HTML 5 / CSS3 / Javascript / JQuery / JSON;

Product Owner (M/F)

Being part of the solution team, you will be responsible for driving product strategy and definition by translating customer needs into business and product requirements.

ROLE

  • Practicing the agile manifesto ideas;
  • Speaking the same language as developers and understanding the technical aspect of the project;
  • Define Product visions and break it into smaller and incremental deliverables;
  • Engaging and interacting with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups, user groups, and requirements gathering sessions. Practices open and honest communications with clients;
  • Working with development teams, software architects and business stakeholders to gather requirements, estimates and build a delivery plan;
  • Focusing on customers’ needs and continuous product improvement, through post-implementation analysis, market research and user testing activities;
  • Identifying market opportunities, planning and executing the end-to-end product development lifecycle;
  • Being self-driven and working with little supervision towards a common team or company purpose.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge and experience of working with Scrum agile delivery methods and a good understanding of the Product Owner role;
  • Knowledge of techniques for requirements capture and specification, the ability to balance tactical and strategic needs and always focus on the customer;
  • Creative thinking backed by strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Good attention to detail, an ability to assimilate, sort and aggregate complex information quickly;
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to write clearly and interact well with all levels of audience.

QA Automation Tester (M/F)

For this opportunity we are looking for candidates who are able to integrate our Development team, ensuring the Quality of the deliveries of our products.

You will:

  • Integrate with the Development team, working in an agile methodologies supporting the team in debugging and identifying root cause of product issues;
  • Collaborate with Support team and Delivery Manager;
  • Write automated tests, test plans, test specifications, test cases scenarios and perform continuous testing;
  • Contribute for the planning of testing activities, assuring that the products are effective, accurate, suitable and free from defects.

PROFILE

  • Degree in Computer Science or similar;
  • Solid knowledge and professional experience in programming language – C#;
  • Must have experience as a test team player
  • Must Have knowledge and experience with test automation techniques, frameworks and tools;
  • Experience with continuous integration tools and source code quality analysis tools;
  • Must have experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
  • Good communication skills and Innovation capacity;
