Service Desk Technician – Senior (M/F)

The candidate will be involved in our product road map and management of all our corporative systems and must have experience as a Service Desk Technician.

Main Responsibilities
- Acting as an escalation point where difficult or controversial calls are received;
- Troubleshoots incidents and fulfills requests within established SLA’s and OLA’s;
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions;
- Install, configure, reconfigure or reinstall software;
- Accurately test, identify, repair, resolve, and document end user technical issues for basic support and basic connectivity support;
- Train and orient staff and provide awareness sessions;
- Assisting Analysts in providing first line support when workloads are high, or where additional experience is required;
- Representing the Service Desk at meetings;
- Producing statistics and management reports;
- Control of SLA’s, OLA’s and KPI’s;
- Liaising with senior management.
Requirements
- Degree in IT engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working as IT Service Desk;
- Experience in user support (Service Desk, Helpdesk and Field Support);
- Solid knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft tools;
- Experience controlling SLA’s, OLA’s and KPI’s;
- ITIL Knowledge (certification is a plus);
- Microsoft Certifications are a plus;
- Knowledge with Atlassian software (JIRA and Confluence);
- Strong English skills both spoken and written;
